At North Raleigh Pediatric Group, we always do our best to promptly see new patients for well-child physical exams and routine care visits. For acutely sick patients, we offer same-day availability.
When scheduling your first appointment, please advise our staff that you are a new patient. If your child has special needs, please also let our staff know so that our Pediatrician and Care Coordinator can assist with planning for your visit.
If you are transferring your child’s care from another practice to North Raleigh Pediatric Group, please fill out a Medical Release Form at your prior office. You can then request that they send your child’s medical and immunization records to North Raleigh Pediatric Group.
