North Raleigh Pediatrics is dedicated to the health of your child. In addition to our normal sick and well visits, we offer asthma management and in-office or hospital newborn circumcision.
Our certified asthma educator can perform spirometry, teach proper inhaler and spacer techniques and, with your doctor’s help, create an asthma plan. Visit our Asthma page for more information.
If you wish to have your newborn son circumcised, we will be happy to discuss the procedure during the first newborn exam, and plan to perform the procedure prior to the baby’s discharge. We can also perform circumcisions in the office.
We know that families are busy. This is why we offer special evening hours for well children visits on weekdays from 5:00pm – 5:30pm. Give us a call today, and we can set up an evening visit.
Weekdays too hectic? We also offer weekend availability for only an additional $10 from 8:30am – 12:00pm. These special hours are available on Saturday.
Walk Ins are welcome, and appointments are encouraged. We pride ourselves on being accessible, so give us a call today to schedule!
North Raleigh Pediatric Group offers same day appointments upon request. However, to help provide timely service to all our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us and let us know. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A fee of a $100 fee will be applied for cancelled or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
Well Child visits are offered year-round. These are comprehensive and will suffice for most types of exams required for sports, camps, college, etc.
Vaccine and screening recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control are subject to change periodically, so your child’s visit may entail different tests, screenings, or shots based on age and gender.
Due to time constraints, North Raleigh Pediatric Group is unable to address ADHD issues at well child checkups. If you have concerns regarding ADHD, a separate appointment will be needed to address them.
